These giant ruins are flooded, overgrown, and split into two by a chasm. To the southwest is the Church of the Bud, overlooking the tower of shadow.

Ancient Ruins of Rauh SOTE.png is a sub-region of the Land of the Tower.

Description

Ancient ruins overgrown with lush, dense vegetation.[1] The Rauh Ancient Ruins are the remains of a civilization that practiced the art of sprite magic, an art so ancient that even the Hornsent of antiquity had academics researching it.[2]

The Rauh ruins are home to the Church of the Bud, which was burnt and ruined during the Crusade.[3] Now, the crumbling church is home to Romina, Saint of the Bud, who witnessed its burning and, as a result, made contact with the Scarlet Rot.[4][5]
