Obtained from a chest, atop the wooden siege tower, next to the Impassable Greatbridge Site of Grace.

Effect

Increases the Attack Power of arrows and bolts by +10%.

Notes

Loretta's Greatbow and Loretta's Mastery do not receive an Attack Power boost.
Stacks multiplicatively with the Arrow's Soaring Sting Talisman for a total Attack Power boost of +18.8% to arrows and bolts.
