Most of the blade is now darkened and covered in rust, but with enough dexterity this weapon may still stand up to some use.

Acquisition
Skeletons dual-wielding this weapon have a 1,5% chance to drop it. One such Skeleton can be found just outside the Church of Pilgrimage at the northern tip of the Weeping Peninsula, in the graveyard.
