Beastclaw Greathammer is a melee armament in Elden Ring.

Description

Great hammer with a striking end modelled to resemble five beastly claws.

The black nails protruding from golden fur are said to represent Serosh, Lord of Beasts, who went on to become King Godfrey's Regent.

Unique Skill: Regal Beastclaw

Slam the hammer into the ground, rending the land asunder with the armament's five bestial claws.

Acquisition

Awarded by the Beast Clergyman for feeding him 7 Deathroot.

Upgrading

• The Beastclaw Greathammer is upgraded with Somber Smithing Stone.
• The Beastclaw Greathammer cannot have its affinities altered using Ashes of War or Whetblades.

Trivia

• The Beastclaw Greathammer has a unique 1 Handed Heavy Attack, in that it has a Damage Level 3 hitstun instead of the typical Damage Level 2. This allows the 1 Handed Heavy Attack to true combo into a 1 Handed Light Attack, which is a unique trait among Great Hammers. (Confirmed as of version 1.16)
