Notes
- This page is mostly based on the Bestiary Index from the English Official Elden Ring Strategy Guide by Future Press [1] for both how enemy variants are distinguished between each other and their listed names. However, it's important to note that the strategy guide should not be considered complete, un-arguable gospel, as it features a couple writing mistakes of it's own both when it comes to it's own naming format for alternate variants (for example: the format goes from "Omen (Axe) (Strong Curse)" back to "Omen (Cleaver, Strong Curse)" in the naming format) and does not even feature all the same enemies or variants that the Japanese guide did, nor some of what we've noted down ourselves during the making of this wiki. Missing enemies/variants include:
- The mechanical chariots patrolling the halls of several Hero's Graves.
- The Lightning Balls floating around Siofra River.
- and several more.
- This means that if we were to only follow the guide, some enemies would not have an official English name at all.
