Overview

The Black Blade Kindred are Valiant Gargoyles who serve Maliketh, the Black Blade. These golems wield bronze weapons mended with blackened corpse wax, and are able to harness the power of the Rune of Death, with attacks that drain one's health.

Background

A Black Blade Kindred who stands guard outside the Bestial Sanctum in Caelid. It wields a halberd and a greatsword.

It is possible to avoid this boss by using the sending gate north of the Third Church of Marika, which will teleport the player to the door to the Bestial Sanctum, behind the boss.

Background

A Black Blade Kindred who appears in the Forbidden Lands as the player approaches the Grand Lift of Rold on the way to the Mountaintops of the Giants. It wields a twinblade and an axe.

Millicent is available as a summon for this fight, provided she has been given the Valkyrie's Prosthesis and has been spoken to in Dominula, Windmill Village.
