A cloth doll depicting a dancer garbed in blue. An ancient heirloom of some sort.

Raises attack power with lower equipment load.

The dancer in blue represents a fairy, who in legend bestowed a flowing sword upon a blind swordsman. Blade in hand, the swordsman sealed away an ancient god - a god that was Rot itself.

Acquisition

Guranteed Drop: Highroad Cave ^(Limgrave)

• The Blue Dancer Charm is obtained by defeating the Guardian Golem in Highroad Cave.

Effect

Grants a bonus to Physical Attack Power depending on carried equip load: at 0 carried equip load the bonus is 15%, at 8 carried equip load the bonus is 13.5%, at 16 carried equip load the bonus is 9%, and at 20 carried equip load the bonus is 3%. At 30 and above carried equip load the bonus is 0%.

• From 0 to 8 equip load each 0.1 points of equip load decreases the bonus by 0.01875%.
• From 8 to 16 equip load each 0.1 points of equip load decreases the bonus by 0.05625%.
• From 16 to 20 equip load each 0.1 points of equip load decreases the bonus by 0.1325%.
• From 20 to 30 equip load each 0.1 points of equip load decreases the bonus by 0.375%.

Notes

• Applies to ALL sources of Physical Attack Power, including melee and ranged weapons, skills, incantations and sorceries, and consumables.
  • Pairs well with Dragon Communion Incantations due to them having several hard-hitting Physical spells (Dragonclaw and Dragonmaw), the Dragon Communion Seal having a weight of 0, and the Rock Heart effectively acting as a 0 weight Armor Set that can boost them further.
  • Weapon-wise, light and/or Paired Weapons such as Curved Swords (especially the paired Dancing Blade of Ranah ), Thrusting Swords, Daggers, Fists, Claws, Hand-to-Hand , and Beast Claws work well with the talisman.
• Characters with this talisman tend to have very low Damage Negation: consumables like Boiled Crab and spells like Magic Fortification are recommended to at least somewhat shore up this weakness.

Trivia

• The talisman resembles a figure wearing the Blue Cloth Set.
  • Ironically, that set's total weight of 17.8 makes it quite ill-fitting for use alongside this talisman.
