Castle Ensis 
is a dungeon on the Gravesite Plain.
Overview
A looming castle to the north of the Gravesite Plain, across the Ellac Greatbridge from the main expanse. To the castle's west is Fog Rift, and to its north is Scadu Altus which can be reached from the Ensis Moongazing Grounds after defeating the castle's main boss.
Ensis is the estate of Rellana, Twin Moon Knight, overseen by the chamberlain Moonrithyll.[1] The estate's entrance is guarded by a Carian Troll Knight, a friend of Moonrithyll.[1]
Rellana, younger sister to Rennala, was a Carian princess before she disavowed her heritage to stand by the side of Messmer and his crusade.[2] A warcamp of Messmer's soldiers and Black Knights sits at the base of Castle Ensis and there are additional Black Knights stationed throughout the estate.
Miquella abandoned a piece of the flesh of his body here along his quest, creating a Cross of Miquella.[3]
Layout
At the end of the Castle Front military encampment, opposite the Ellac Greatbridge, a shorter bridge crosses the castle moat. The aforementioned Carian Troll Knight stands guard here, surrounded by a display of impaled, blackened Hornsent corpses.

To the troll knight's left, a small building houses a Lazuli Glintstone Sorcerer.
