Celestial Dew, also known as a Night Tear, is a Key Item in ELDEN RING ⁽²⁰²²⁾.

A hidden Tear found in the Eternal City. Also known as a Night Tear.

Allows one to carry out an Absolution at the Church of Vows, reversing all antagonizations.

Once upon a time, the stars of the night sky guided fate, and this is a recollection of those times.

Acquisition

NOTE: only 10x Celestial Dew can be acquired per playthrough.

1. Liurnia of the Lakes (Main Academy Gate)
   • Behind the southern gate of the Academy of Raya Lucaria, guarded by a Bloodhound Knight.
2. Liurnia of the Lakes (Caria Manor):
   • Purchase from Pidia, Carian Servant (x1, 5000 Runes).
3. Ainsel River (Ainsel River Sluice Gate):
   • On a corpse hanging from a ledge, west of the Site of Grace.
4. Ainsel River (Uhl Palace Ruins):
   • Above the entrance to the Uhl Palace Ruins.
5. Ainsel River (Ainsel River Downstream):
   • Purchase from Hermit Merchant (x1, 7500 Runes)
6. Siofra River (Ancestral Woods):
   • On a corpse in the ruins overlooking the lower section of Nokron.
7. Siofra River (Night's Sacred Ground):
   • On a corpse, north-west of the Site of Grace.
8. Ainsel River (Nokstella, Eternal City):
   • On a corpse under some ruins.
9. Ainsel River (Nokstella, Eternal City):
   • Next to some snails, north of the Site of Grace.
10. Leyndell, Royal Capital (Erdtree Sanctuary):
    • On the corpse by the ladder on the upper floor.

Effects

Interact with the statue in the basin of the Church of Vows in Liurnia and select Atone to turn all angered NPCs friendly again and restore their questline progression at the cost of one of these items.

Notes

• This item DOES NOT revive murdered NPCs.
• Unlike other Key Items, this one will carry over to New Game Plus.
• In the game's backstory, Radagon of the Golden Order anointed himself with Celestial Dew in the Church of Vows to repent of his territorial aggressions before wedding Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon
