Chelona's Rise is a location in ELDEN RING (2022). Can only be accessed after unlocking the Moonlight Altar region.
Overview
A sorcerer's rise on the south-western tip of the Moonlight Altar. The entrance is sealed, with a message by the door reading "Seek three great wise beasts".
In order to enter the tower, the player must locate and attack three giant spectral turtles. The first can be found hanging from the side of a cliff just west of the tower. The second is far to the south-east of the Moonlight Altar, sitting at the edge of a cliff. The third is hovering high in the air to the north-west of the Moonlight Altar, south-west of the Ringleader's Evergaol- to get this one the player must use a spiritspring.
