The Chief Bloodfiend is an optional boss in Shadow of the Erdtree. They are encountered in Rivermouth Cave.

Background

Long ago, a subjugated tribe discovered a twisted deity amongst the ravages of war, and they were transformed into bloodfiends. The mother of truth was their savior,^[1] and this is their chief.

Characteristics

The Chief Bloodfiend is a gigantic bloodfiend that wields a massive Bloodfiend's Arm. They are located in Rivermouth Cave.
