Horns are sublime artifacts to hornsent, and their presence confirms the belief that they are a chosen people.

Only the repeated sprouting of fresh horns can create a tangled horn, which is viewed as an irrefutable symbol of primacy.

Acquisition

• Clarifying Horn Charm +2 is found in the Lamenter's Gaol. Drop down into a rat-infested area and take the straight path forward. The talisman is located in the next area on a corpse along the right side.

Notes

• Clarifying Horn Charm +2 increases Focus by +230, boosting resistance against Sleep and Madness.
• Only one Clarifying Horn Charm can be equipped at a time.
