Claws

Claws are a type of melee armament in ELDEN RING ⁽²⁰²²⁾.

Description

Claws are hand-held weapons consisting of one or more blades extending from the knuckles of the wielder. They are similar to Fists in terms of their attack patterns and range, though they scale primarily with Dexterity rather than Strength. Though they are shorter than most blades (ranging between that of Daggers and Straight Swords) and deal modest damage per hit, Claws excel at delivering rapid-fire, close-range slashing attacks that rend flesh easily. With the exception of the Venomous Fang, all Claws feature innate Bleed Damage.

Each Claw comes in a set of two, with the Tarnished wielding one on each hand when equipping a Claw "two-handed" without taking up both hand slots. When equipped one-handed, the Tarnished will hold one claw in one hand while the other is left tied to their belt.

• - Only four kinds available/cannot be farmed within the same playthrough (I.E. if a player wants to dual-wield two sets of the same type of Claws, they will have to wait until NG+ to acquire another)
• - Few Ashes of War available
