Crystal Tears are Key Items used to apply temporary buffs in ELDEN RING ⁽²⁰²²⁾. When resting at a Site of Grace, up to two Crystal Tears can be mixed into the Flask of Wondrous Physick to bestow temporary buffs when consuming the flask. The effect and duration of these buffs depend on the Crystal Tears used. The flask can only be used once, after which it can be replenished by resting at a Site of Grace.

Crystal Tears are often dropped by minibosses near Minor Erdtrees (especially Erdtree Avatars), found in stone receptacles across the Lands Between, or dropped by Furnace Golems in the Realm of Shadow.
