Found just past the south-western gate.
Found at the northern point of the village. Appears after defeating the Godskin Apostle.
Dominula, Windmill Village is a location in Elden Ring.
Overview
A village in the north of Altus Plateau. The villagers are caught in a rapturous dance, seemingly observing some kind of festival. On the south side of the village, a Stranded Soul cowers in fear of a festive melody, pleading to not be skinned.
Most of the dancers are too caught up in the festivities to attack the player. Those who are not dancing will attack on sight, however, and will alert the rest of the villagers to attack.
At the top of the hill upon which the village stands is a Godskin Apostle, a member of a group that once hunted the gods.
