Acquisition

Can be crafted after acquiring Igon's Cookbook [2] in Jagged Peak, which is found on a corpse at the end of the cliffs east of the Jagged Peak Mountainside site of grace.

Effect

Increases Vigor, Endurance, Strength, and Dexterity by 6 while draining 3 HP/s for 90 seconds upon consumption. This counts as a Body Buff.
