The ancient dragons, who ruled in the prehistoric era before the Erdtree, would protect their lord as a wall of living rock. And so it is that the shape of the dragon has become symbolic of all manner of protections.
Obtained from inside a chest. From the Drainage Channel Site of Grace, head east and travel along tree roots, branches, and buttresses to reach the roof of the nearby church, which is full of Pests. Drop through a hole in the roof, and head southwest along the rafters to reach an upper platform, with the chest.
Effects
The Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman gives a +20% physical damage reduction in PvE (+5% in PvP).
Notes
The Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman is considered a variant of Dragoncrest Shield Talisman, and cannot be equipped at the same time as any other variant.
This is one of the eight talismans needed for the Legendary Talismans trophy/achievement.
