Quickly coats armament, inflicting poison, but with a brief effect, owing to its small size.

Effect

Adds 80 flat standard Poison buildup to right-hand armament for 15 seconds. This counts as a Weapon Buff.

Notes

• The added Poison build-up scales with any Arcane-scaling of the buffed weapon, though this only applies to a limited amount of weapons.
  • The weapons that always scale the build-up with Arcane are the Ripple Blade Axe, Ripple Crescent Halberd, and Varré's Bouquet Hammer.
    • Assuming a maximum upgrade level, the Ripple Blade will increase the build-up to 170 at 20 Arcane and to 294 build-up at 80 Arcane, the Ripple Crescent Halberd will increase the build-up to 158 at 20 Arcane and to 265 build-up at 80 Arcane, and Varré's Bouquet's weaker scaling means it will increase the build-up to 122 at 24 Arcane and to 169 build-up at 80 Arcane.
  • The Bloodfiend's Arm Colossal Weapon and Bloodfiend's Fork Spear will also (weakly) scale the build-up with Arcane, but only on the Affinities that are freely buffable (Standard Affinity, Heavy Affinity, Keen Affinity, and Quality Affinity).
    • However, as these weapons have very weak Arcane-scaling they will only increase the build-up slightly: for the Arm it's increased to 105 build-up at 20 Arcane and 125 build-up at 45 Arcane with Standard Affinity and 89 build-up at 20 Arcane and 96 build-up at 45 Arcane with the other Affinities, and for the Fork it's increased to 97 build-up at 20 Arcane and 112 build-up at 45 Arcane with Standard Affinity and 95 build-up at 20 Arcane and 106 build-up at 45 Arcane with the other Affinities.
