Endurance (持久力, Jikyūryoku) is one of the main attribute stats in ELDEN RING ⁽²⁰²²⁾.

The Tarnished's Endurance stat directly affects their Stamina totals. Leveling Endurance will also increase the Tarnished's Robustness, which increases their resistance to Hemorrhage and Frostbite. Finally, Endurance also affects the Tarnished's possible Equip Load, increasing it as Endurance increases.

The Tarnished can level Endurance by spending Runes at Sites of Grace. Endurance has three soft cap points for increasing Stamina, at 15, 30 and 50, with increases seeing dimishing returns after these points. Increasing Robustness sees two soft caps, 40 and 60, with gains from increasing Endurance not beginning until 31 Endurance onward. Increasing Equip Load sees soft caps at 25 and 60 Endurance.
