O tower of ours, hidden in shadow. O lofty spiral piercing the heavens. Lead him safely unto greater Godhood. And in divinity grant our salvation.

Enir-Ilim SOTE.png is a sub-region and legacy dungeon in the Land of the Tower.

Overview

The Sacred Tower Painting

The fabled spiral tower of the Hornsent and the location of the Gate of Divinity, Enir-Ilim pierced the skies with such a majesty that it even inspired a secret faith in the people sent there to destroy it.[1] When the Crusade of Messmer the Impaler took place, the tower was veiled in shadow.[2] As such, Enir-Ilim may only be accessed after using Messmer's Kindling to burn the Sealing Tree located near the Church of the Bud in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh.

The tower comprises an intricate network of spiral staircases and rises; it is the final area of the Shadow of the Erdtree main quest, armed to the teeth with Horned Warriors and Inquisitors.

After dispelling the shroud cast over Enir-Ilim and journeying downward through the tower, the main door to it can be opened from just outside the Theatre of the Divine Beast in Belurat, Tower Settlement. Enir-Ilim is the "tower" referred to both in Belurat's name and in that of the Tower Festival that took place there.
