It gives +3.5% HP, +8.5% Stamina, and +6.5% Equip Load. Note only one of these talisman variants can be equipped at a time.

Acquisition
- Obtained from a chest in Cathedral of the Forsaken, in the Leyndell, Royal Capital region. This chest is available after defeating Mohg, the Omen in this same room. The room can be reached from Forsaken Depths in Subterranean Shunning Grounds.
