FP is one of the stats in ELDEN RING ⁽²⁰²²⁾. It represents the energy to use spells or skills. The Tarnished must have enough FP to cast a spell or to properly perform a weapon skill. It is represented by a blue square ( ).

Increasing FP

The total FP can be increased by leveling the Mind attribute. However, the game applies soft caps beginning at level 15, 35 and 60. Soft caps modify the amount of points gained per attribute level up.

Directly

• Cerulean Amber Medallion, a talisman that increases FP by 7%.
• Cerulean Amber Medallion +1, a talisman that increases FP by 9%.
• Cerulean Amber Medallion +2, a talisman that increases FP by 11%.

Indirectly

• Any item with a bonus to Mind will boost the total FP.
