Spirit of Finger Maiden who never met the Tarnished she was meant to guide. Uses healing incantations and Holy Water Pots, but she is not a fighter by nature and is ill-suited to battle.
A Maiden without a Tarnished. A Tarnished without a Maiden. And yet no guide to bring them together.
Can be acquired from Seluvis once you confront him about his secret puppet workshop at the Three Sisters.
Either her or the Jarwight Puppet can be gained from Seluvis for free. If she isn't selected she costs 2 Starlight Shards to buy.
Notes
She is one of the npcs who appear at the Redmane Castle festival. She gives you the Polite Bow gesture. It is unclear if she has already been one of Seluvis's puppets at that point.
Unless one specifically wants Therolina it's generally better to select the Jarwight Puppet as the free gift since he costs 1 more Starlight Shard (3 total) to buy.
Not very strong. While she is the only Spirit Ash able to heal their summoner, not counting Cleanrot Knight Finlay and her regeneration buff, she is rather bad at keeping with her summoner to actually heal them and otherwise only deal minimal damage and almost useless for even distracting enemies.
Except for potentially killing Royal Revenants in two casts of Great Heal, Perfumer Tricia is generally a much better supportive summon.
