The Finger Ruins of Miyr 
is a location on the Scadu Altus.

The third and final hallowed ruin of fingers.[1] Only those with a fate sanctioned by the stars may ring the bell and meet the Mother. The ruins lie under the Cathedral of Manus Metyr on the eastern Scadu Altus.
Access
The Finger Ruins of Miyr are accessible after interacting with the throne of Count Ymir at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. This can only be done after ringing the finger bells at the Finger Ruins of Dheo and the Finger Ruins of Rhia, then speaking with Ymir and resting at a Site of Grace.
