Acquisition
Right above the Erdtree Sanctuary grace, on a corpse sitting on an elevated chair. To reach it, you need to head outside along the path that leads to the Queen's Bedchamber where a Black Knife Assassin will attack you. However, instead of heading to the bedchamber, you immediately jump down to the left after exiting the sanctuary and onto the sanctuary's rooftop, from where you can re-enter the building through a window and climb up a root to claim the prayerbook, as well as the Erdtree Bow and a Celestial Dew nearby.
