Great Jar is an NPC in ELDEN RING ⁽²⁰²²⁾. He offers a trial that, if completed, rewards the player with the Great-Jar's Arsenal talisman.

Overview

Great-Jar is located in front of a Colosseum structure at Caelid, but can only be accessed late in the game from an elevator located in Siofra River.

After speaking to it for the first time, three red summon signs will appear nearby, each allowing to summon a Knight of the Great Jar. After defeating all three summons without dying, the player will be rewarded.

Knights of the Great Jar

The Knights of the Great Jar are copies of other players who have already completed the challenge. In case of playing offline, the game provides three default options:

  Defualt Knight of the Great Jar (Estoc, Albinauric Staff)
• 

  Defualt Knight of the Great Jar (Miséricorde, Buckler)
• 

  Defualt Knight of the Great Jar (Great Mace, Banished Knight Shield)

One wields a Magic affinity Estoc and an Albinauric Staff with which it casts Carian Phalanx and Magic Glintblade, and wears the Marionette Soldier Birdhelm, Lusat's Robe, and unknown hand and leg piece.

Another wields a Miséricorde with the Poison Moth Flight skill and a Buckler to parry with, and wears the Prophet Blindfold, Raptor's Black Feathers, an unknown hand piece, and Leather Boots.

The third combatant wields a Great Mace with the Prayerful Strike skill and a Banished Knight's Shield, and wears the Banished Knight Helm, Ronin's Armor, an unknown hand piece, and Raging Wolf Greaves.
