Mausoleum Knight is an enemy in ELDEN RING ⁽²⁰²²⁾.

Overview

Knights who guard the Wandering Mausoleums where the soulless Demigods are lain to rest. They wear wing-shaped ornaments on their backs that evoke the Deathbird. A self-inflicted curse ties their spirits to the land, having willingly beheaded themselves to serve their masters in death. Their shields bear the crest of the eclipsed sun- the protective star of the soulless demigods, which aids the knights by keeping Destined Death at bay.

A notable Mausoleum Knight is Lhutel the Headless, who sacrificed her life to continue serving a soulless Demigod until their revival, earning her the honour of Erdtree Burial.

Notes

• All weapon-based attacks by these knights inflict a small amount of Death Blight on hit.
• These knights can teleport short distances when passive, similar to the Skill: Bloodhound's Step.
• Spear-wielding knights can use Skill: Spectral Lance.
• Curiously, beheaded Troll Knights can be found around The Four Belfries, though they were most likely beheaded by Cuckoo Knights to kill them rather than in a ritual to serve soulless demigods.
