Miquella's Needle is a Tool Item in Elden Ring.
This item is part of Millicent's questline.
One of the unalloyed gold needles that Miquella crafted to ward away the meddling of outer gods.
Capable of subduing the flame of frenzy if inherited, allowing one to cheat fate and avoid becoming Lord of Frenzied Flame.
However, the needle is as yet unfinished and can only be used in the heart of the storm beyond time said to be found in Farum Azula.
Area: after completeling Millicent's questline by assisting her against her sisters to retrieve the Unalloyed Gold Needle, defeat Malenia, Blade of Miquella and, upon reloading the area, interact with the Scarlet Aeonia flower.
This item can only be used within the arena of Dragonlord Placidusax in Crumbling Farum Azula: dispells the Flame of Frenzy inherited from the Three Fingers in the depths of Leyndell, allowing to attain a different ending from the Lord of Frenzied Flame finale.
Once Miquella's Needle is used, the burn marks from the Three Fingers will remain, however the Frenzied Flame eye variation will be removed. The burn marks may be removed by Renalla during character customization, it may also be reapplied at any time.
