Omen Bairn is a reusable tool in Elden Ring and a weaker, less costly alternative to the Regal Omen Bairn.
Description
Acquisition
Guaranteed drop from a specific Cleaver-wielding Omen by the ladder leading up to the wooden, double-door shortcut to the Underground Roadside Site of Grace in the Subterranean Shunning Grounds.
Effect
Using this item will make the player-character brace themselves for a second before unleashing a close-ranged explosion that'll launch human-sized (or smaller) opponents away from them before sending out 7 long-ranged wraith projectiles that'll track any target that the user was locked on to as they were ejected from their body. These wraiths travel in three groups, the first two groups being comprised of 2 projectiles each and the final having 3, each group also have their own defined travel speed, leading to three distinct rolling windows whenever the player is fighting against this tool in PvP.
As it deals Holy Damage; any holy-boosting equipment or spell will further increase the damage from this item. Each piece of the Omen Set will also increase the damage of this item by 5%, meaning wearing the full set will increase it by 20%.
