A glove stitched together from the flayed skin of the victims of a butcherous bloodbath. Afflicts target with deadly poison. Raises attack power when poisoning occurs in the vicinity.
Forged of an unyielding, black impulse toward revenge fostered in those who have had everything burned or stolen from them, these are the weapons of the utterly downtrodden.

Acquisition

Loot: Belurat, Tower Settlement ^{(Land of the Tower)}

• Found by the northern edge of the poison swamp that can only be accessed through the sewers. The Well Depths Key is needed to access this area.

Notes

• The Poisoned Hand only scales with Arcane, both for its Attack Power and Poison build-up.
• The Poisoned Hand's Unique Skill, Poison Spear-Hand Strike, deals a base 155 Deadly Poison build-up on hit. The build-up scales with Arcane, and the skill can inflict high amounts of Deadly Poison with considerable investment into the stat.
• When Poison or Scarlet Rot is inflicted within the general vicinity (7 meters) of user while they have the Poisoned Hand in an active weapon slot, they will receive a +7.5% (+5% in PvP) increase to their Attack Power for 30 seconds.
  • This buff stacks with the Kindred of Rot's Exultation and the Mushroom Crown.
  • This buff activates even if the player doesn't meet the stat requirements for the weapon.
• The Poisoned Hand shares the same heavy attacks with the Iron Ball and the Star Fist.
• The Poisoned Hand requires 28 Arcane to be used properly, the highest Arcane requirement of any weapon.
• Can be sold to merchants for 200.
• Can be left for other players to pick up in online play.
• Can be discarded.
