Loot: Lamenter's Gaol

• The Prattling Pate is found on a corpse inside the Lamenter's Goal. Enter the dungeon and progress till you see an opening on the left before the first door. After crossing the stone bridge, enter the room on the left, and the item will be found on a dead body.

Effect

Emits a voice that weeps loudly.
