Priestess Heart is a tool in Shadow of the Erdtree.
The stone heart of a Dragon Communion priestess. Use while disrobed to turn one's human flesh into an ancient dragon.
The change cannot be undone except by death. Using this heart while already transformed temporarily boosts incantations of the capital's ancient dragon cult.
The priestess was once an ancient dragon herself, but sacrificed that form for feeble flesh to aid in the destruction of Bayle the Dread.

EffectsThe Priestess Heart transforms the player into a humanoid dragon. The player must unequip all their armor in order for the item to be usable, and upon death the player will return to their normal form. In order to compensate for the player not being able to wear armor, being in dragon from grants a passive +70 boost to Immunity, Robustness, Focus and Vitality, as well as a flat 7% damage reduction to all types of damage; Poise is not granted.
Using the Priestess Heart again while in dragon form will grant a Unique Buff that increases the damage of all Dragon Cult Incantations by +20% for 60 seconds. As it's a Unique Buff it doesn't conflict with other buffs, like Flame, Grant Me Strength or Golden Vow.
