ER Custom Icon Description.png Description

Greatsword of the Fire Knight Queelign. A weighty piercing sword with a blade that undulates like fire.

Queelign devoted his all to the crusade, and remade his sword in the shape of the lance wielded by his liege—aspiring to become a second impaler.

Notes Notes

  • This is the only infusable Heavy Thrusting Sword with a non-unique heavy attack: the Great Épée has a sweep, the Godskin Stitcher has a double-thrust, and the Sword Lance has a slightly differnet thrust attack.
  • As the description states, though the total Attack Power with the Flame Art Affinity is about on par with other Heavy Thrusting Swords the distribution is slightly different, with the Fire Attack Power making up about 70% of the total Attack Power instead of the usual 60-65%.
    • It also notably has the highest total Attack Power with the Sacred Affinity, though this is somewhat misleading since it includes three separate damage types, and has mediocre Fire Attack Power which will be harshly affected by enemy Defence.
    • This benefit is also there with the Fire Affinity, if with a much weaker benefit: the total Attack Power, though good, isn't higher than other Heavy Thrusting Swords and the distribution difference is only 55% compared to total Attack Power whereas the other weapons in its Class usually have about 50% of the total Attack Power.
  • There is a bug, where using the Magic, Cold, Lightning, or Sacred Affinities with this weapon prevents the usual on-hit effect from dealing Fire damage from taking place. This means that using any of those Affinities means that the weapon won't stun Fingercreepers, won't detonate red barrels, and won't remove fully applied Frostbite from targets.
  • Leans towards Dexterity for Cold and Blood/Poison affinities.
