Its blessing raises maximum HP, FP and Stamina.
Radahn was amongst the children of Rennala and Radagon, who became demigod stepchildren after Radagon's union with Queen Marika.
The Great Rune burns, to resist the encroachment of scarlet rot.

Drop: Starscourge Radahn, alongside Remembrance of the Starscourge.
Effect
To use this item, it's first necessary to restore the Great Rune atop the Divine Tower of Caelid north of the 
Dragonbarrow West Site of Grace.
After equipping the Great Rune at any Site of Grace, upon using a Rune Arc, increases maximum HP, FP, and Stamina by 15%.
