Redmane Knight
Redmane Knight is an enemy in ELDEN RING (2022).
Overview
Knights in the service of General Radahn's Redmane army. They wear the crest of a red-maned lion on their armour and greatshields[1], and the red plumes on their helms symbolise Radahn's pedigree as the son of Radagon.
When they were driven to defeat by Malenia's Scarlet Rot, the Redmane Knights burned the crest on the left breast of their armour to indicate their resolve, knowing that their duty in Caelid would prevent them from seeing their homes again.[2] They remained in Caelid, staving off the Rot using fire-based techniques, employing Redmane Fire Pots and igniting their own weapons.
The longest-serving Redmane Knight, Ogha, studied gravity-manipulating techniques alongside Radahn.[3]
Spectral Redmane Knights can be found engaged in combat with spectral Cleanrot Knights in the War-Dead Catacombs.
