Rivermouth Cave

Rivermouth Cave is a dungeon on the Gravesite Plain.

Overview

A cave at the mouth of the Ellac River home to a tribe of Bloodfiends. It can be accessed by following the Ellac River upstream from the Ellac River Cave site of grace on the eastern Gravesite Plain.

The cave is filled with festering pools of blood, likely from the Mother of Truth. The Bloodfiends that live here are members of a subjugated tribe who discovered the deity and were transformed into the ogre-like creatures.^[1] A group of hexers perform bloodboon rituals in the cave with the Bloodfiend's Sacred Spear.^[2]
