Rogier's Rapier is a melee armament found in ELDEN RING ⁽²⁰²²⁾.

High dexterity is required to wield the blade to its full potential, but mastery is a sight to behold, characterized by a flowing style which excels in successive attacks.

Acquisition

Quest reward: Roundtable Hold

• Given at +8 by Sorcerer Rogier after defeating Godrick the Grafted.
  • It comes with Ash of War: Glintblade Phalanx pre-equipped on acquisition; however, its underlying base skill is Repeating Thrust.

Notes

• Has unique heavy attacks and charged heavy attacks, consisting of a double-thrust.
  • Effectively has 130% Status Effect build-up due to each hit inflicting 65% build-up, making this weapon slightly better at inflicting Status Effects.
  • Has doubled point build-up for the Winged Sword Insignias as each hit grants the regular amount of points towards their Attack Power boost, meaning it grants 20 points (regular grants 10 points) for heavy attacks and 28 points (regular grants 14 points) for charged heavy attacks.
• Decently long for a Thrusting Sword.
• Heavily Dexterity-leaning with its variable Affinities, though Heavy Affinity can still get good Attack Power at the cost of more Attribute points.
• When using its Keen affinity it actually has slightly weaker Dexterity-scaling for "bullet"-type (i.e. doesn't scale directly with the used weapon's damage) Skills with a Keen, Quality, Lightning, or Cold affinity, giving them usually about 2% less damage than they otherwise would have. This includes, as an example, the skills Beast's Roar, Storm Blade, Thunderbolt, and Hoarfrost Stomp (these skills however perform as normal on any affinity besides Keen).

Trivia

• This is one of the weapons where the Affinity prefix gets placed in the middle of the weapon name (between "Rogier's" and "Rapier" in this case) instead of at the front.
