Effect

Adds 63 flat Scarlet Rot buildup to right-hand armament for 60 seconds. This counts as a Weapon Buff.

Notes

• As Scarlet Rot doesn't scale with Arcane effectively the only way to increase the build-up is to use it on the few Buffable weapons with innate Rot build-up: the Antspur Rapier Thrusting Sword, the Rotten Battle Hammer Great Hammer, and the Rotten Greataxe Colossal Weapon.
