Acquisition
- Liurnia of the Lakes (Royal Moongazing Ground)
Quest: Preceptor Seluvis. Talk to him at his rise selecting Accept the task.
Effects
This item can be given to the following NPCs:
- Gideon Ofnir: select Give Gideon Seluvis's Potion to have him dispose of it.
- Nepheli Loux: after defeating the Omenkiller at the Village of the Albinaurics and talking with Gideon about Nepheli's Despair, exhaust her dialogues selecting Give Seluvis's Potion. Nepheli Loux Puppet can then be looted from Pidia, Carian Servant's corpse after giving the Fingerslayer Blade to Ranni the Witch.
- Dung Eater: after repelling his invasion in the outer moat of Leyndell, return to his cell in the Subterranean Shunning Grounds and exhaust his dialogues selecting Give Seluvis's Potion. The Dung Eater Puppet can then be purchased from Seluvis for 5x Starlight Shards after progressing further through his questline.
Whichever path is followed, Seluvis's questline will progress all the same.
