If it hasn't been obtained by the time Roderika moves to Roundtable Hold it is possible to still obtain it by talking with her, though this option might not be offered if the game progresses to a certain unknown point after Leyndell, Royal Capital.
Functions the same as the enemy variant, meaning she is fairly durable and capable of firing poisonous jets at range. Unfortunately, neither of her qualities scales particularly well and she is easily interrupted, making her less desirable later in-game. Still, she is useful when you get her and can be genuinely helpful against Margit, the Fell Omen since she might still be able to Poison him.
Her name, Aurelia, likely comes from the common jellyfish species aurelia aurita, also known as "moon jellies", which the Spirit Jellyfish greatly resembles.
