The twinblade technique is a tradition of the confessors, who closely guard the secret of how they preserve the momentum of their attacks. Thus is the final strike of their onslaught all the more deadly.

Acquisition

Loot: Castle Morne ^{(Weeping Peninsula)}

• From the Behind the Castle Site of Grace, head down the cliff and northwest to the western corner of the castle there will be a tower guarded by a Scaly Misbegotten. Climb the nearby ladder and circle the top of the tower to find a chest containing this item.

Effect

• Increases the Damage of the final normal attack in an attack chain by +45%.

Notes

• The attack chain itself does not need to be entirely comprised of normal attacks for this talisman to take effect, the player can chose to start a chain with a different attack as long as it can seamlessly transition into a chain that ends with that weapon's finishing normal attack animation.
• Combines best with weapon types with short but heavily damaging attack chains, such as the 3-hit normal attack and paired attack chains of Colossal Swords, Colossal Weapons, and Great Spears. Ironically, this makes Twinblades receive rather minimal benefits due to their long, 5-hit normal attack chain.
  • Also compatible with the Skill: Shield Strike , as that skill uses the weapon's offhand light attacks.

1.13 (Bug Fixes)	Fixed a bug that prevented the “Twinblade Talisman” from affecting the Perfume Bottles weapon type when equipped and used in the left hand.
Patch 1.09 (General balance adjustment)	Increased the effectiveness of the Twinblade Talisman.	This increased the final hit damage boost from 20% to 45%.
