Acquisition
- Obtained by defeating Margit the Fell Omen in northwestern Leyndell, Royal Capital, south of the Outer Wall Battleground grace. He will break disguise as a Commoner when you approach him. The decoy will still be there even if Morgott, the Omen King has been slain.
