Volcano Manor Apparition is an NPC in ELDEN RING (2022).
Overview
The nameless ghost of a knight who once served Praetor Rykard, but abandoned him when his ambitions deteriorated into depravity, haunts the Volcano Manor.[1] He left the Serpent-Hunter in Rykard's chamber[2] in the hopes that a mighty warrior might finally slay Rykard. When a Tarnished champion makes their way to the Volcano Manor, the apparition appears before them and begs them to put an end to Rykard in order to spare him and his ambitions from further dishonor. After Rykard has been defeated, the apparition seemingly passes on, leaving behind the My Thanks Gestures.

- The Apparition can be found at the end of the corridor past the drawing room. He will only appear after reloading the area three times, and only as long as Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy has not yet been defeated.
- Volcano Manor
- After defeating Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy, return to his location to find the My Thanks gesture on the ground.
