Increases intelligence and arcane to the detriment of stamina.

This gentle-looking crown was granted to a scholar who excelled in her studies, which also merited the title of "witch".

Acquisition

Loot: Academy of Raya Lucaria ^{Liurnia of the Lakes}

• Awarded upon completing Sellen's questline.
  • If Sellen is sided with and both Comet Azur and Stars of Ruin are acquired, it can be found on the ground near Sellen's position in the Grand Library (Rennala's arena) after she transforms.
  • If Witch-Hunter Jerren is sided with, it's awarded after defeating Sellen.

Notes

• Grants a +3 to both Intelligence and Arcane in exchange for a -18% to Stamina.
  • This Stamina penalty is generally effectively the same as a -6 to Endurance for the purpose calculating total Stamina when at 20 Endurance, or -18 when at 40 Endurance.
• Overall no worth it due to the very large Stamina penalty, and because the combination of Intelligence and Arcane only really synergizes with the Albinauric Staff and Maternal Staff .
